I took this photo in Lakeway this morning - February 12, 2009.  January was cold, but February has hardly been like winter at all.

February can be a strange month for weather in Austin.  I remember back in February, 2000, we had a 99 degree day one Saturday in February and the next week we had ice on the ground.
