Use Me to Purchase and I will Donate to Your Favorite Charity
I am launching a new program today. One of my favorite charitable organizations, the American Cancer Society, has struggled this year with fundraising because of the economy. So what I am offering is to donate 25% of my commission to theey charitable organization of a buyer's choice if the buyer closes on a single-family home purchase by the end of September using me as the buyer's agent.
This works with new construction too. Many buyers think think they don't need a buyer's agent for a new home, but that isn't necessarily true.
