I just found a new listing on Pace Bend Road that looks like a great deal for someone wanting a weekend lake home.  It is a single-story home on a little under an acre of land with 4 bedrooms and 2102 square feet.  It is gated and has a large garage that would be perfect for a boat or an RV.  The home was built in 1983 but has been updated.  The part of the river this home is on is dry now due to the extreme drought, but my guess is that the river will have water 9 out of 10 years.  Some photos for you follow below.
