Apache Shores Greenbelt

The Apache Shores Greenbelt is a hidden gem that many Apache Shores residents may not know about.  The nicest part of the greenbelt starts from a small parking area on Geronimo Trail.  Deep in a valley between Hunters Pass and Geronimo Trail, the trail follows Indian Creek up to Indian Creek Rd.  Parts of the trail are native and parts have been inproved with a crushed granite surface.  The trail crosses the creek in several places.  Short trails take off from the main trail to sitting areas with benches.  There are a number of small waterfalls along the greenbelt.  The hike to Indian Creek Rd. is short and takes just 10 minutes or so.  The photos that follow, that I just took this morning, will show the Apache Shores Greenbelt better than I can describe it.
