I posted a while ago about how much Lake Travis waterfront home inventory is available and have been wondering when it would start selling.  All of a sudden I am seeing a big jump in buyer traffic for Lake Travis waterfront and Lake Travis view homes.  Just this month alone I have shown such property to 3 different buyers and have more to show in coming weeks.  Now I am curious about how many of them will actually buy something.  With so much inventory on the market and some motivated sellers, people with the desire and means to pick up a home on Lake Travis or with a Lake Travis view, this summer might be a great time to buy.
